With 22 years of experience spanning waterproofing, glazing, and electrical work, James has built a career (and a company) on precision, problem-solving, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. A perfectionist at heart, he thrives on numbers, strategy, and creative solutions, which is exactly why he fell in love with the electrical trade.
When he’s not leading the charge at Magnify Electric, you’ll find James volunteering at church, spending quality time with his family, hiking, reading, or cheering on just about any sport. Did you know there’s a competitive speed-wiring championship?

La Chelle Dougherty - Office Manager
LaChelle’s career path has been anything but ordinary – from the waterproofing industry to teaching middle school dance and theatre, and even coaching cheerleading – she’s done it all! But in 2014, she joined Magnify Electric, and while she quickly realized that twisting wires wasn’t her thing (ouch!), she found her true calling in keeping the business running smoothly from behind the scenes.
Now, as the ultimate team builder, La Chelle thrives on creating a collaborative, service-driven work environment that supports both employees and the community. She’s a dedicated mother of two with a passion for helping others, staying active, and embracing creativity – whether that’s in the gym, the great outdoors, or with a bar of salty dark chocolate in hand.
From business operations to boosting team spirit, La Chelle keeps everything (and everyone) in sync – and she does it all with style and a smile!
Christian Livaudais - Service Electrician
Christian brings six years of electrical experience and a construction background to every service call. Practical and solution-focused, he enjoys troubleshooting issues and helping homeowners understand their electrical systems. He believes great service means listening, educating, and ensuring every customer feels confident and safer before he leaves.
Originally from San Antonio, Christian grew up in New Braunfels and attended Texas State University, where he met his wife. They now share their home with their orange cat, Frodo. Outside of work, he enjoys thrift shopping, movies, metal concerts, and time with family and friends.
Fun fact, Christian once appeared on Ridiculousness after a college lacrosse clip went viral. If he could master one skill, it would be speaking Spanish so he could connect with his wife’s family and better serve Spanish-speaking customers.
Regan Carpenter - Service Electrician
Regan has helped homeowners with their electrical needs for the past four years. He enjoys diagnosing electrical issues, creating lighting upgrades that transform a home, and serving as a trusted resource for customers who want to better understand their electrical systems.
Originally from Georgetown, TX, Regan recently purchased his first home with his girlfriend, and they’re excited to build a future together with their American Bully, Surge.
When he’s not helping customers, you’ll likely find Regan exploring new states, camping, kayaking, hiking, or planning his next outdoor adventure. A former Boy Scout, he enjoys learning new skills and jokes. If he could instantly master one thing, it would be becoming the ultimate grill master.
Craig Orozco - Residential Electrician
When it comes to keeping the lights on and the circuits flowing, Craig is your guy! With 5 years in the electrical industry, Craig thrives on solving complex electrical problems and ensuring homes are safe and functional. He enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting and seeing the immediate impact of his work.
Outside of work, Craig stays active with working out, camping, snowboarding, and road trips. As the resident chef, he dominates both the kitchen and the grill, making sure his family eats well.
Whether he’s wiring a home or whipping up a feast, Craig brings energy, precision, and expertise to everything he does.
Treyvon Walker - Service Electrician
Treyvon brings 5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, with a strong passion for troubleshooting and safety-focused service. Known for his precision and calm demeanor, he approaches each project with a commitment to delivering dependable results.
Outside of work, Treyvon enjoys video games, football, and riding motorcycles, balancing his technical mindset with a love for adrenaline and strategy. A fan of classical music, he appreciates the harmony between art and engineering. At home, he’s a proud boyfriend to Gabriela and dog dad to Ozzy, and his heart for people drives his long-term goal: to give back to the community by spreading awareness and education about electrical safety.

Christian Salazar - Service Electrician
With four years of experience as a residential electrician, Christian is passionate about understanding electrical systems and helping others build their skills. He believes there is always something new to learn and share in this trade, and that’s what keeps him motivated every day.
Outside of work, he loves playing soccer with friends—it’s his favorite way to stay active and have fun. Most people don’t believe it, but Christian doesn’t like running, but he can still pull off a 4-minute mile! Feel free to challenge him to a foot race! 🙂
His ultimate goal is to become a master electrician. He is dedicated to continuously developing my expertise and gaining the experience needed to reach that level.
Pete Silvas - Residential Electrician
Meet Pete Silvas, a skilled residential electrician with six years of professional experience and a passion for empowering his clients. For Pete, he finds the most fulfillment in helping people solve problems and providing them with the education they need to feel confident in their home’s safety.
Outside of work, Pete is a devoted family man—a father of four with a fifth on the way—who enjoys riding his motorcycle and playing guitar. He previously served his community as a prison transport officer.
He is currently working towards homeownership for his growing family.
Chris Casey - Service Install Tech
With over a decade of experience in the electrical industry, Chris is known for his smooth and efficient installations and his commitment to solving problems with precision and professionalism. He takes great pride in keeping projects on track and delivering clean, safe, and functional results for every client.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys mountain biking and playing poker, combining focus and thrill in both hobbies. Although he grew up near the ocean, he’s proudly not a fan of seafood—a rare find among coastal natives!
A loving father and spouse, Chris’s long-term goals include purchasing land and learning to sail, combining his adventurous spirit with his desire for family legacy and personal growth. Whether on the job or on the trail, Chris brings steady energy and a commitment to excellence.
Felicia Ribera - Customer Service Representative
With her energetic and upbeat approach, Felicia excels at building strong client relationships and ensuring every customer feels cared for. As a devoted mother, she is motivated by her commitment to providing her two daughters with a strong foundation for a successful and positive future.
Outside of work, Felicia is an avid reader and athlete, actively participating in softball and bowling. She’s also a passionate Texas Longhorns fan and, above all, loves spending quality time with her family.
Fun fact: Felicia studied French in high school and even won first place in a competition—so next time you call, try greeting her with a little “bonjour”!
