James boasts 22 years of experience in the construction industry from waterproofing, glazer, and electrical fields. He is a perfectionist that loves numbers and creative problem solving, which is why he fell in love with the electrical field. In his spare time, you will find him volunteering at church, spending quality time with his family, hiking, reading, and watching sports of every kind! Did you know that cornhole is a professional sport?
La Chelle Dougherty - Office Manager
La Chelle worked as an Administration Assistant in the Waterproofing industry before becoming a middle school dance and theatre teacher and cheerleading coach. She joined Magnify Electric in 2014. When she realized that twisting wires together hurt her fingers she opted for a desk job. La Chelle enjoys the challenges of creating a business environment that works as a team and serves the community. She is a mother of 2, who is passionate about serving others, physical fitness, salty dark chocolate, the outdoors and all things creative.
Juan Silva - Commercial Project Manager
Juan has been making sure our commercial projects run smoothly for the last 6 years. He is a married man (don’t get excited ladies) with 3 kids, 2 girls, and a boy. Juan began building his commercial electrical knowledge at the tender age of 17. Juan is a REAL wilderness guy! In his off time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.

Tom Williams - Residential Electrician
Tom has 23 years of experience in the electrical industry and 7 of those years have been spent growing the Magnify Electric residential division. Tom started his lifelong love of construction in Portland, Oregon as a framer. This led him into the home automation and security field, from there he discovered electrical work and has been hooked ever since. Tom has completed custom electrical remodels, new construction, and innovative home additions to some of the finest homes in our area. In his spare time, Tom loves to grill by the lake at home (ok, we get it! You live by the lake.) play golf and spend time with his family.
Jeff Malta - Residential Electrician
Jeff (2023 Electrician of The Year) has over 16 years of electrical experience covering residential, commercial, and industrial work. He is an expert at troubleshooting and problem solving out in the field. In his spare time he enjoys doing jiu jitsu, baking bread, and spending quality time with his family.
Gabe Lensing - Residential Department Manager
Gabe has worked in the electrical trade for 7 years. He finds joy in troubleshooting and learning about Electrical Theory. Apart from his work at Magnify, Gabe also instructs electrical apprentices at the IEC (He’s a little nerdy). During his free time, he cherishes moments with his wife and 1 year old son, engages in archery, and enjoys swing dancing.
Tayler Miller - Residential Electrician
Tayler is a seasoned professional with over six years of experience in the electrical industry. Having worked across commercial, industrial, and residential projects, Tayler brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each endeavor. Originally from Utah, Tayler has lived in various places, gaining diverse experiences along the way. Tayler is a dedicated husband and father. He enjoys spending his free time in the great outdoors, whether it’s hiking, camping, or exploring new landscapes. Tayler finds joy and inspiration in nature’s beauty and cherishes the moments spent with his loved ones. Sounds like an episode of, “Alone”!
Gary Lensing
Gary has worked in the electrical industry for several years with experience in both the commercial and residential fields. Electrical Theory and troubleshooting issues is why he prefers residential electrical. He loves to spend his weekends reading, playing Dungeons and Dragons with his brother and archery.

When you call our office she is always eager and willing to assist you and bring joy to your day! Deborah is a loving mother and wife who loves to spend time with her family, cooking, making quilts and is the #1 fan of the Texas Rangers!
