A perfectionist at heart, he thrives on numbers, strategy, and creative solutions, which is exactly why he fell in love with the electrical trade.

La Chelle Dougherty - Office Manager
LaChelle’s career path has been anything but ordinary – from the waterproofing industry to teaching middle school dance and theatre, and even coaching cheerleading – she’s done it all! But in 2014, she joined Magnify Electric, and while she quickly realized that twisting wires wasn’t her thing (ouch!), she found her true calling in keeping the business running smoothly from behind the scenes.
Now, as the ultimate team builder, La Chelle thrives on creating a collaborative, service-driven work environment that supports both employees and the community. She’s a dedicated mother of two with a passion for helping others, staying active, and embracing creativity – whether that’s in the gym, the great outdoors, or with a bar of salty dark chocolate in hand.
From business operations to boosting team spirit, La Chelle keeps everything (and everyone) in sync – and she does it all with style and a smile!
Juan Silva - Commercial Project Manager
For the past six years, Juan has been the go-to guy for keeping our commercial projects running smoothly. But his electrical journey started long before that – at just 17 years old, he began honing his skills in the commercial electrical world, and he’s been mastering the trade ever since.
When he’s not ensuring job sites are powered up and on schedule, Juan is out embracing his true wilderness spirit. A hunter, fisherman, and camper, he thrives in the great outdoors – probably with a fishing rod in one hand and a perfectly grilled steak in the other.
At home, he’s a devoted husband and father of three – two daughters and a son. (And sorry, ladies – this man is happily taken!)
Juan loves the electrical trade and has enjoyed watching it evolve over the years – just like he’s evolved into the ultimate outdoorsman and expert electrician.
Jeff Malta - Residential Service Dept Manager
When it comes to electrical expertise, Jeff is the real deal. With 16+ years of experience across residential, commercial, and industrial work, he’s tackled just about every electrical challenge out there. An expert troubleshooter and problem-solver, Jeff thrives on finding solutions where others see obstacles. It’s no surprise he earned the title of 2023 Electrician of the Year!
But Jeff isn’t just a master of circuits – he’s also brilliant in baking and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! When he’s not leading the team or diagnosing electrical mysteries, you’ll find him rolling on the mats, perfecting a fresh loaf of bread, or spending quality time with his family.
A leader in the field, a strategist on the mats, and a wizard in the kitchen – Jeff keeps things running smoothly, both at work and at home!
Tom Williams - Residential Electrician
With 23 years of experience in the electrical industry – and 8 of those years dedicated to growing the Magnify Electric residential division – Tom is a cornerstone of our team. He’s been behind some of the finest custom remodels, new construction projects, and innovative home additions in the area, bringing craftsmanship and expertise to every job.
When he’s not ensuring homes are wired to perfection, Tom knows how to unwind. You’ll likely find him grilling by the lake, perfecting his golf swing, or spending quality time with his family. Whether he’s lighting up a home or firing up the grill, Tom brings precision, passion, and a touch of finesse to everything he does.
Reliable on the job, smooth on the golf course, and a master at the grill – Tom’s the guy you want in your corner!
Tayler Miller - Residential Electrician
With over six years of experience in the electrical industry, Tayler has seen it all – commercial, industrial, and residential – bringing a well-rounded expertise to every job. Whether he’s troubleshooting an electrical issue or upgrading a home’s power, he’s got the skills and knowledge to get it done right. His dedication to excellence earned him the title of 2024 Electrician of the Year, a testament to his expertise and commitment to the trade.
Originally from Utah, Tayler has lived in various places, collecting experiences like souvenirs. But no matter where he is, one thing stays the same – his love for the great outdoors. Hiking, camping, and exploring new landscapes are his kind of adventure. If he ever disappears for a while, don’t worry – he’s probably out there living his own episode of Alone.
When he’s not in work mode or embracing his inner survivalist, Tayler is a dedicated husband and father who cherishes every moment with his family. Whether it’s wiring a home or wandering the wild, Tayler is always powered by passion!
Amir Kermani - Residential Electrician
Amir isn’t just a Master Electrician – he’s a master of creative solutions that make homes safer, smarter, and more beautiful. With 10+ years in the electrical industry, he brings a mix of expertise and innovation to every project, ensuring that every wire, switch, and fixture is perfectly placed.
When he’s not lighting up homes, Amir enjoys quality time with family and friends and unwinding with a good movie. But here’s a fun fact: before he was wiring homes, he was feeding hens! As a former animal nutritionist, Amir made sure flocks on big egg farms were well-fed and happy—so he’s always been in the business of keeping things running smoothly (whether it’s power circuits or poultry diets!).

Craig Orozco - Residential Electrician
When it comes to keeping the lights on and the circuits flowing, Craig is your guy! With 4.5 years of experience in the electrical industry, he thrives on solving complex electrical puzzles and ensuring homes are both safe and functional. For Craig, there’s nothing better than the satisfaction of troubleshooting a tough issue and seeing the immediate results of his work.
Outside of work, Craig is all about staying active and exploring the great outdoors – whether it’s hitting the gym, camping under the stars, shredding the slopes on his snowboard, or embarking on a spontaneous road trip. But don’t let all that adventure fool you – he’s also the resident chef in his household! From sizzling on the grill to whipping up a feast in the kitchen, Craig’s got every meal covered.
