La Chelle Dougherty - Office Manager
LaChelle’s career path has been anything but ordinary – from the waterproofing industry to teaching middle school dance and theatre, and even coaching cheerleading – she’s done it all! But in 2014, she joined Magnify Electric, and while she quickly realized that twisting wires wasn’t her thing (ouch!), she found her true calling in keeping the business running smoothly from behind the scenes.
Now, as the ultimate team builder, La Chelle thrives on creating a collaborative, service-driven work environment that supports both employees and the community. She’s a dedicated mother of two with a passion for helping others, staying active, and embracing creativity – whether that’s in the gym, the great outdoors, or with a bar of salty dark chocolate in hand.

Jeff Malta - Residential Service Dept Manager
When it comes to electrical expertise, Jeff is the real deal. With 16+ years of experience across residential, commercial, and industrial work, he’s tackled just about every electrical challenge out there. An expert troubleshooter and problem-solver, Jeff thrives on finding solutions where others see obstacles. It’s no surprise he earned the title of 2023 Electrician of the Year!
But Jeff isn’t just a master of circuits – he’s also brilliant in baking and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! When he’s not leading the team or diagnosing electrical mysteries, you’ll find him rolling on the mats, perfecting a fresh loaf of bread, or spending quality time with his family.

Tayler Miller - Residential Electrician
With over six years of experience in the electrical industry, Tayler has seen it all – commercial, industrial, and residential – bringing a well-rounded expertise to every job. Whether he’s troubleshooting an electrical issue or upgrading a home’s power, he’s got the skills and knowledge to get it done right. His dedication to excellence earned him the title of 2024 Electrician of the Year, a testament to his expertise and commitment to the trade.
Originally from Utah, Tayler has lived in various places, collecting experiences like souvenirs. But no matter where he is, one thing stays the same – his love for the great outdoors. Hiking, camping, and exploring new landscapes are his kind of adventure. If he ever disappears for a while, don’t worry – he’s probably out there living his own episode of Alone.
When he’s not in work mode or embracing his inner survivalist, Tayler is a dedicated husband and father who cherishes every moment with his family. Whether it’s wiring a home or wandering the wild, Tayler is always powered by passion!
Craig Orozco - Residential Electrician
When it comes to keeping the lights on and the circuits flowing, Craig is your guy! With 5 years in the electrical industry, Craig thrives on solving complex electrical problems and ensuring homes are safe and functional. He enjoys the challenge of troubleshooting and seeing the immediate impact of his work.
Outside of work, Craig stays active with working out, camping, snowboarding, and road trips. As the resident chef, he dominates both the kitchen and the grill, making sure his family eats well.
Whether he’s wiring a home or whipping up a feast, Craig brings energy, precision, and expertise to everything he does.
Treyvon Walker - Residential Electrician
Treyvon brings 5 years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, with a strong passion for troubleshooting and safety-focused service. Known for his precision and calm demeanor, he approaches each project with a commitment to delivering dependable results.
Outside of work, Treyvon enjoys video games, football, and riding motorcycles, balancing his technical mindset with a love for adrenaline and strategy. A fan of classical music, he appreciates the harmony between art and engineering. At home, he’s a proud boyfriend to Gabriela and dog dad to Ozzy, and his heart for people drives his long-term goal: to give back to the community by spreading awareness and education about electrical safety.

Michael Walter - Residential Electrician
When it comes to diagnosing tricky circuits or bending perfect conduit, Michael is in his element. With five years of hands-on experience in the electrical industry, he’s a natural problem-solver who takes pride in educating clients and delivering top-tier service with clarity and confidence. Whether it’s identifying a hidden issue or walking a homeowner through their options, Michael makes sure every customer feels informed and at ease.
Off the clock, Michael is all about two things: horsepower and fresh air. You’ll find him riding his motorcycle through the Hill Country, exploring trails with his girlfriend, or relaxing with a good view. He’s also got a soft spot for cats (even though he doesn’t have one – yet).
Focused, driven, and always aiming higher, Michael has his sights set on earning his Master Electrician License and one day riding the world’s best motorcycle tracks. From the jobsite to the open road, he brings precision, passion, and a whole lot of horsepower.
Christian Salazar - Residential Electrician
With four years of experience as a residential electrician, Christian is passionate about understanding electrical systems and helping others build their skills. He believes there is always something new to learn and share in this trade, and that’s what keeps him motivated every day.
Outside of work, he loves playing soccer with friends—it’s his favorite way to stay active and have fun. Most people don’t believe it, but Christian doesn’t like running, but he can still pull off a 4-minute mile! Feel free to challenge him to a foot race! 🙂
His ultimate goal is to become a master electrician. He is dedicated to continuously developing my expertise and gaining the experience needed to reach that level.
Chris Casey - Residential Install Tech
With over a decade of experience in the electrical industry, Chris is known for his smooth and efficient installations and his commitment to solving problems with precision and professionalism. He takes great pride in keeping projects on track and delivering clean, safe, and functional results for every client.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys mountain biking and playing poker, combining focus and thrill in both hobbies. Although he grew up near the ocean, he’s proudly not a fan of seafood—a rare find among coastal natives!
A loving father and spouse, Chris’s long-term goals include purchasing land and learning to sail, combining his adventurous spirit with his desire for family legacy and personal growth. Whether on the job or on the trail, Chris brings steady energy and a commitment to excellence.
Felicia Ribera - Customer Service Representative
With her energetic and upbeat approach, Felicia excels at building strong client relationships and ensuring every customer feels cared for. As a devoted mother, she is motivated by her commitment to providing her two daughters with a strong foundation for a successful and positive future.
Outside of work, Felicia is an avid reader and athlete, actively participating in softball and bowling. She’s also a passionate Texas Longhorns fan and, above all, loves spending quality time with her family.
Fun fact: Felicia studied French in high school and even won first place in a competition—so next time you call, try greeting her with a little “bonjour”!
